âºEight patients with transient loss of consciousness had positive tilt testing response. âº75% of those patients were previously diagnosed with epilepsy. âºThey were also given antiepileptic drugs for 1.5-5 years. âºCardiac pacemaker implantation should be evaluated in cardioinhibitory syncope cases.
