Abstract
⺠Health-related quality of life in patients with epilepsy can be evaluated by QOLIE-31 inventory. ⺠Pre-surgical variables of refractory mesial temporal lobe epilepsy patients show limited predictive capacity for the QOLIE-31. ⺠In these patients, pre-surgical variables predict only 7 to 38% of the variances of the overall QOLIEÂ31 or its sub-scales.
