Abstract
⺠A specific-focused cognitive-behavioral therapy program was used to treat depression in patients with temporal lobe epilepsy. ⺠Participants showed a significant decrease in depressive symptoms. ⺠Significant improvement in quality of life was reported. ⺠Most of the participants had drug-resistant and difficult-to-control epilepsy.
