Abstract
► We describe two new cases of r(14) drug-resistant epilepsy. ► We highlighted the epileptological features more commonly found in all reported cases. ► Patients display mental retardation, resistant epilepsy, and dysmorphic features. ► A constant finding in patients with r(14) chromosome is the loss of genetic material. ► Characteristic pattern of epilepsy contributing for diagnosis of a chromosomal disease.
