Abstract
⺠Sleepwalking may lead to serious injuries and require treatment. ⺠We studied the use of biperiden, an anticholinergic drug, on sleepwalking. ⺠Biperiden use was associated with remission/reduction of sleepwalking. ⺠Biperiden may be useful for treatment of sleepwalking, if needed. ⺠Biperiden may affect the putatively cholinergic mechanism of sleepwalking.
