Abstract
⺠Surgical outcome in ETLE surgery in children can be excellent. ⺠Short duration of epilepsy correlates significantly to a favorable postoperative seizure outcome. ⺠Absence of ictal bi-hemispheric diffusion and localized rhythmic patterns on EEG/SEEG correlate to a good outcome. ⺠APOS might represent an immediate post-operative correlate of residual epileptogenicity.
