Abstract
⺠Several semiological features are predictive of psychogenic nonepileptic seizures. ⺠Differential diagnosis between psychogenic nonepileptic seizures and frontal lobe seizures requires particular care. ⺠Self-reports are often unreliable and video/EEG recording is generally required for diagnosis. ⺠Ictal assessment and the use of suggestion techniques help the diagnosis. ⺠For patterns highly predictive of psychogenic nonepileptic seizures, diagnosis might rely on history and home videos of the attack.
