Abstract
⺠The convulsant liability of citalopram, reboxetine, and bupropion was studied. ⺠The pilocarpine and pentylenetetrazole mouse and zebrafish models were used. ⺠Depending on the test setting, both anti- and proconvulsant effects were observed. ⺠The different monoaminergic systems are similar with respect to their convulsant liability.
