Abstract
⺠Quantification of EEG symmetry during the Wada test can reduce subjectivity of EEG interpretation. ⺠The Brain Symmetry Index (BSI) quantifies lateralized EEG slowing in children during the Wada test. ⺠Various patterns of BSI changes are associated with distinct clinical and procedural scenarios.
