Abstract
⺠We investigate psychiatric comorbidity in pharmocoresistant focal epilepsy. ⺠We provide cross-sectional preoperative data and analysis of postoperative outcome. ⺠We emphasize the importance of a psychiatric evaluation prior to epilepsy surgery. ⺠Postoperative follow-up in epilepsy patients with psychopathology is desirable.
