Abstract
⺠1/3 of epilepsy patients continue to have seizures despite adequate drug treatment. ⺠Chronotherapy could be a promising treatment option. ⺠We compared behavior of circadian types in relation to the times of taking drugs. ⺠Morning types take AEDs earlier than evening types on free and work days (mornings). ⺠Regardless of circadian type, drugs on free days are taken later than on work days.
