Abstract
⺠Lateralized ictal autoscopies point to a contralateral brain lesion. ⺠A lateralization of the ictal double experience might be a common feature in epileptic autoscopies. ⺠Ictal autoscopies, heautoscopies and out-of-body experiences might be lateralized to one side of the body or visual field.
