Abstract
► Article characterizing EEG/seizure manifestations of pyridoxal-dependent epilepsy. ► Seizure types: tonic, generalized tonic-clonic, complex partial, spasms, myoclonus. ► Interictal EEG: burst suppression, multifocal sharps, spike/slow waves. ► Ictal EEG: spike/slow waves and electrical status epilepticus during sleep. ► First late-onset case (age 2 years) of pyridoxal-dependent epilepsy is reported.
