Abstract
⺠Article characterizing EEG/seizure manifestations of pyridoxal-dependent epilepsy. ⺠Seizure types: tonic, generalized tonic-clonic, complex partial, spasms, myoclonus. ⺠Interictal EEG: burst suppression, multifocal sharps, spike/slow waves. ⺠Ictal EEG: spike/slow waves and electrical status epilepticus during sleep. ⺠First late-onset case (age 2 years) of pyridoxal-dependent epilepsy is reported.
