Abstract
⺠Patients with hypothalamic hamartoma frequently have severe psychiatric comorbidity. ⺠Surgical outcomes for epilepsy suggest that psychiatric comorbidity responds favorably. ⺠Results of HH resection in four children with surgery for behavioral indications are reported. ⺠Psychiatric symptoms improved in all four cases. ⺠Postoperative neuropsychological testing demonstrated stable or improved scores.
