Abstract
⺠Atomoxetine had no significant effect on seizure frequency or severity. ⺠No serious adverse events were associated with atomoxetine treatment. ⺠The response rate to atomoxetine in this stimulant-resistant sample was modest. ⺠Prospective trials of atomoxetine in children with less refractory epilepsy can be conducted.
