Abstract
⺠p-Tau leads to inflammation and increased levels of ADAM-10/17. ⺠Seeding for p-Tau with lentiviral Aβ1-42 produces neuro-inflammation. ⺠Microglial activity is associated with CX3CL1 and p-Tau. ⺠Autophagic changes are associated with neuro-inflammation. ⺠p-Tau accumulates within autophagic vacuoles not lysosomes.
