Abstract
⺠Subjects with cervical dystonia had a lower density of cerebellar Purkinje cells. ⺠Subjects with THAP1 variants had a lower density of cerebellar Purkinje cells. ⺠No consistent abnormalities were identified in the basal ganglia, or other regions.
