Abstract
⺠A disconnection method was used to investigate the interaction between the mPFC and the DAergic forebrain pathways. ⺠The interaction is critical for novel object recognition. ⺠Temporal order memory was impaired by unilateral 6-OHDA lesions. ⺠Possible mechanisms underlie cognitive deficits in PD.
