Abstract
⺠Ischemic brain injury is attenuated in mindin knockout mice, and aggravated in mindin transgenic mice. ⺠Mindin mediates neuronal apoptosis and inflammation in an experimental stroke model. ⺠Akt/eNOS signaling is enhanced in the ischemic brain of mindin knockout mice.
