Abstract
⺠Transplants of fetal 5-HT neurons restore coordinated locomotion in spinal rats. ⺠5-HT2A and 5-HT7 receptors contribute to transplant-mediated recovery of locomotion. ⺠5-HT2A receptors control motoneuron and locomotor CPG activities in transplanted rats. ⺠5-HT7 receptors control CPG neurons but not motoneurons in transplanted rats.
