Abstract
⺠RR-MS patients with cerebellar symptoms (RR-MSc) have a more severe cognitive profile. ⺠Cerebellar over-activity is necessary to mitigate deficit in executive functions in RR-MSc patients. ⺠RR-MSc patients show an additional lack of communication with parietal cortex. ⺠Our study suggests that cerebellar symptoms may define a distinct clinical subtype of RR-MS.
