Abstract
⺠Proteasome activity is decreased in the cerebellum of Ts65Dn mice. ⺠The decrease in proteasome activity induces an increase of ubiquitinated proteins. ⺠Ubiquinated proteins are stored into the nucleus of cerebellar large neurons. ⺠Neuronal nuclei are intensely stained by FUS immunocytochemistry.
