Abstract
âºChemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy (CIPN) is modeled in the rat. âºCIPN-evoked axonal mitochondrial swelling and vacuolation suggest a bioenergetic deficit. âºMitochondrial respiration and ATP production is impaired in rats with CIPN. âºChemotherapy-evoked mitotoxicity is a likely cause of CIPN.
