Abstract
⺠KU-32 is a C-terminal Hsp90 inhibitor that improves physiological indices of DPN. ⺠Weekly KU-32 therapy significantly increased intra-epidermal nerve fiber density. ⺠Diabetes decreased and KU-32 improved sensory neuron mitochondrial function. ⺠Enhanced mitochondrial bioenergetics may contribute to the efficacy of KU-32.
