Abstract
⺠Pairing amphetamine with motor training impairs motor recovery following spinal cord injury. ⺠Impairment in recovery is due to the combination of amphetamine and training, not amphetamine alone. ⺠Pairing amphetamine with training increases lesion volume following spinal cord injury.
