Abstract
⺠Collaterals' hemodynamics can be effectively studied by multi-site laser Doppler. ⺠Collaterals' functional performance is highly correlated with infarct volume. ⺠Collaterals' functional performance is highly correlated with functional deficit. ⺠Monitoring collaterals' hemodynamics is essential for reducing stroke variability.
