Abstract
⺠Cingulate hyperactivity predicts positive antidepressant response ⺠Increased activity in insula and striatum predicts poor response. ⺠Decreased right hippocampal volume increases the likelihood of poor response ⺠Predictive brain scan information is both multimodal and regionally distributed. ⺠Clinical prediction of response should integrate these distributed markers.
