Abstract
⺠The D2/3 dopamine agonist Pramipexole possesses reinforcing properties. ⺠Parkinson-like dopaminergic loss does not modify these reinforcing properties. ⺠Both sham and lesioned groups feature high-responders. ⺠Differential vulnerability among patients may underlie side effects of D2/3 agonists.
