Abstract
⺠The MASCO is not functional in presymptomatic R6/2 mice. ⺠MAP induces transient beneficial effects on the rest-activity rhythm of R6/2 mice. ⺠MAP and L-DOPA co-treatment can partially restore the MASCO in R6/2 mice. ⺠Catecholaminergic systems are implicated in the MASCO (dys)function.
