Abstract
âºAxonal diameter is decreased in the nerves of the mouse model of Krabbe disease. âºNeurofilaments are less phosphorylated in the Twitcher mouse. âºProtein phosphatases 1 and 2A are responsible for the NF dephosphorylation in the Twitcher mouse. âºPsychosine causes the dephosphorylation of NFs by inducing the activity of protein phosphatases in vitro.
