Abstract
⺠One Hz stimulation of the subiculum inhibits both kindling and kindled seizures. ⺠This antiepileptic effect shows wider time-window than stimulating other targets. ⺠This treatment abolishes pilocarpine-induced spontaneous seizures. ⺠This treatment does not show time-dependent property in pilocarpine model. ⺠This antiepileptic effect shows frequency-dependent characteristic.
