Abstract
⺠We found EID1 is translocated into the nuclei in neurons of AD brains. ⺠We developed a EID1 transgenic mouse model. ⺠EID1 overexpression and nuclear translocation reduced LTP and impaired memory. ⺠EID1 inhibits CBP/p300 acetyltrasferase activity and disrupts neuronal structure.
