Abstract
âºGTRAP3-18 gene deletion increases EAAC1 expression in the plasma membrane. âºNeuronal glutathione level is upregulated in GTRAP3-18-deficient mice. âºThe GTRAP3-18-deficient mouse brain shows resistance to oxidative stress. âºGTRAP3-18-deficient mice perform better in motor/spatial learning and memory tests. âºA strategy to inhibit GTRAP3-18 function leads to neuroprotection in vivo.
