Abstract
⺠H2O2 enhances LRRK2 kinase activity and toxicity. ⺠H2O2 augments LRRK2-induced locomotor defects and dopamine neuron loss in flies. ⺠GW5074 reduces the combined toxicity of H2O2 and LRRK2 mutation. ⺠Curcumin inhibits LRRK2 kinase activity and rescues PD-like phenotypes in flies.
