Abstract
⺠Mapping the structural connectome of a prototypical human axonal guidance disorder. ⺠The connectome in callosal agenesis (AgCC) is more variable than in the normal brain. ⺠The aberrant connectivity is more pervasive than explained by absent corpus callosum. ⺠Virtual lesions of the Probst bundles reveal their connectivity. ⺠The structural core of the human cerebral cortex is weakened in AgCC.
