Abstract
► Mapping the structural connectome of a prototypical human axonal guidance disorder. ► The connectome in callosal agenesis (AgCC) is more variable than in the normal brain. ► The aberrant connectivity is more pervasive than explained by absent corpus callosum. ► Virtual lesions of the Probst bundles reveal their connectivity. ► The structural core of the human cerebral cortex is weakened in AgCC.
