Abstract
⺠We developed a general hierarchical approach for PET quantification at voxel level. ⺠The new method applies Basis Function Method to mono and multi-compartmental models. ⺠The information for voxel-wise analysis was derived automatically from the PET data. ⺠We validate the algorithm on two different datasets, [11C]FLB457 and [11C]WAY100635. ⺠This new method is fast and robust. It achieves accurate parameter quantification.
