Abstract
⺠Alpha (8-12 Hz) synchronisation was reduced via EEG neurofeedback. ⺠Increased fMRI salience network connectivity was found during an oddball task. ⺠Dorsal ACC connectivity changes inversely correlated with resting EEG alpha changes. ⺠dACC/resting alpha changes inversely correlated with mind-wandering changes. ⺠The effect on cortical plasticity was evident 30 minutes after neurofeedback.
