Abstract
⺠We measured effects of visual input versus open or closed eyes on fMRI. ⺠Univariate, bivariate, and multivariate analysis metrics were compared. ⺠Eyes open or closed had major effects on fMRI dynamics and connectivity. ⺠Visual input (light or dark) had less significant effects on fMRI markers. ⺠Results have implications for design of resting state fMRI studies.
