Abstract
⺠We measured binding potential of translocator protein with [18F]FEDAA1106 PET. ⺠We evaluated two types of graphical analysis for reliable quantification. ⺠Graphical methods provide stable binding potential in region-of-interest analysis. ⺠Graphical methods with wavelet-denoising have a potential for voxel-based estimation.
