Abstract
⺠Stabilization of end-tidal CO2 improved detection of weak task responses in fMRI. ⺠Suppression of CO2 fluctuations allowed detection of additional DMN regions. ⺠Impact of stabilizing end-tidal CO2 was greatest in regions of high vascular density.
