Abstract
⺠Seizure EEG-fMRI data of a hypothalamic hamartoma epileptic patient was analysed. ⺠Two competing hypotheses for seizure propagation pathways were tested. ⺠DCM was used to estimate all plausible connectivity models of seizure propagation. ⺠Bayesian model selection yielded a model consistent with previous evidence. ⺠This study provides the first application of DCM to EEG-fMRI data of human seizures.
