Abstract
► Millisecond onset differences of ocular dominance stimulations were decoded in fMRI. ► Hemodynamic response (HDR) was sensitive to 100-ms timing difference of stimuli. ► HDR shapes corresponded to stimulus timings in complex ways. ► Multi-voxel pattern of peak amplitudes of HDR yielded high decoding scores. ► 100 ms onset difference of ocular dominance responses can be decoded from BOLD signal.
