Abstract
⺠We develop a novel mPFG diffusion MRI sequence for clinical scanners. ⺠We apply mPFG MRI to detect microscopic anisotropy in the corpus callosum. ⺠The information measured with mPFG MRI is complementary to DTI-derived metrics. ⺠Integration with high-resolution DTI allows estimation of average axon diameters.
