Abstract
⺠We compared cortical thickness patterns between AD offspring and non-AD offspring. ⺠Results from this study are congruent with previous studies in preclinical AD. ⺠Pattern of aging related cortical thinning in AD offspring was characteristic of AD. ⺠These age-related cortical changes began to accelerate at around age 60. ⺠These patterns are more pronounced in women and maternal-AD offspring.
