Abstract
⺠Nonverbal cues have more impact on judgment of emotional states than verbal cues. ⺠Individual nonverbal dominance (INDI) is associated to specific brain responses. ⺠INDI correlates with left medial OFC activity during perception of social cues. ⺠INDI correlates with left amygdala activity due to verbal and nonverbal emotions. ⺠INDI may be linked to sensitivity to emotional cues in general.
