Abstract
⺠Reward motivation modulates preparatory alpha, P3 and CNV amplitude. ⺠These may be useful as single-trial measures of motivational state. ⺠Reward motivation and target detectability modulate target P3. ⺠Modulation of P3 reflects a shift in the distribution of single-trial amplitude. ⺠These findings have practical implications for the use of EEG in image triage.
