Abstract
► We assessed structural connectivity using HARDI scans and graph theory analyses. ► We examined how brain structural connectivity changed between ages 12 and 30. ► Path length, clustering, and modularity decreased. ► Fiber density decreased disproportionately across different brain regions. ► Results suggest process of increasing network integration across development.
