Abstract
⺠Deformation-based morphometry allows automated analysis of rat brain images. ⺠Rat brain images are acquired from standard clinical 3T MRI scanner. ⺠This method allows automatic detection of subtle volume changes. ⺠Analysis of cross-sectional as well as longitudinal data is supported. ⺠We demonstrate age-effects in rats and local volume changes after a stroke incident.
