Abstract
⺠Resting state NIRS signals mainly reflect spontaneous hemodynamic fluctuations. ⺠Concurrently obtained NIRS signals corresponded with fMRI signals of close regions. ⺠NIRS signals reproduced resting state networks including the default mode network. ⺠The results suggest that NIRS can be used to characterize resting state networks. ⺠The results promote to study functional connectivity with NIRS in diverse situations.
