Generalized RAICAR: Discover homogeneous subject (sub)groups by reproducibility of their intrinsic connectivity networks

► gRAICAR is a fully exploratory tool for mining multi-subject fMRI datasets. ► It generates a network of subjects for each group-level ICA components. ► The subject networks characterize inter- and intra-subject reproducibility. ► gRAICAR detects subject communities based on reproducibility. ► Reproducible components can be detected in all or a subgroup of subjects.
